I think the best design work starts with asking "why." It's not enough to just understand what users need. I want to know what motivates them, what they're hoping for, and the human stories behind those needs. When we dig into the real purpose behind a project (ours and our clients'), we end up creating things that actually matter. And I believe that meaning energizes the design team just as much as it resonates with users.

I allow curiosity to one of my drivers in life. I'm driven by the pursuit of understanding not just what people do, but why they do it. Every design decision has a story, and I like to dig beneath the surface and ask questions. I believe it's crucial to know what drives the decisions that we make as designers. And as designers and creatives, we must be able to understand the complex motivations that lead human behavior, and then create solutions that stem from genuine insights and research.
