I'm a connector. One of my favorite things about design is bringing people together and driving connection. In UX, I push myself to see design as more than interfaces-it's about creating pathways that connect diverse human experiences. My work is about breaking down barriers: between users and products. I believe that the most powerful designs emerge when we create inclusive spaces where everyone can participate, understand, and feel represented.

Beyond designing products, I believe in transforming how teams work by introducing sustainable methods that align design processes with natural workflows. Whether I'm developing design systems, reimagining organizational procedures, or helping teams rediscover their core purpose, my mission is consistent: elevate both the product and the people behind it.

Popular design methodologies are powerful frameworks, but I believe they're not always destinations-they re more often starting points. My philosophy goes beyond just technical and tactical approaches. I believe the most transformative design work begins with the exploration of 'why'. This means not just understanding our user's needs, but uncovering the deeper motivations, hopes, and human stories that drive those needs. When we understand our own purpose and our clients' fundamental 'why', we create designs that aren't just functional, but deeply meaningful-and not just to our users but our design teams as well.

I allow curiosity to one of my drivers in life. I'm driven by the pursuit of understanding not just what people do, but why they do it. Every design decision has a story, and I like to dig beneath the surface and ask questions. I believe it's crucial to know what drives the decisions that we make as designers. And as designers, we must be able to understand the complex motivations that lead human behavior, and then create solutions that stem from genuine insights and research.
